Jennifer started working the restaurant industry at only 15 years old. Fast forward a bit and she is now a 4x James Beard nominee. The first woman & person in Nebraska to receive those accolades. Her passion for her profession has given her the opportunity to meet and be inspired by other talented chef's as well as celebrities. These include Ming Tsai, Paul Boulud, Anthony Bourdain, Barry Switzer, Steven Van Zandt, and Bono. Chef's journey has been defined by innovation and excellence in the kitchen.
